3. No Refunds for BeVisible Marketing Agency Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the significant amount of time and resources invested in each project, we do not offer refunds for any services once they have been delivered or commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Completed or partially completed services.
- Fees paid for services that are ongoing or in progress.
- Services rendered as part of a subscription or retainer agreement.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 3 days of service delivery. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer adjustments, additional services, or credits to address your issues.
5. Cancellations
For clients who wish to cancel services:
- Before Commencement: If you choose to cancel a service before it has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund of pre-paid amounts, subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.
- After Commencement: Once a service has commenced, no refunds will be provided. However, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure the completion of services in accordance with the agreed terms.
